It is not necessary to enact any section corresponding

to section 12 of the Act because a general right of appeal is given by sections 98 and 103 of the KagistrateS Ordinance, 1890.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency t the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Kajesty and on His behalf.
